Special Care Items: Please notify the laundry attendant before leaving if any garment requires special attention.

Laundry Baskets: Do not place laundry baskets on machines.

Unattended Laundry Fee: MCLS reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $350 if you leave your laundry unattended.

Customer Information and Deposit: It is mandatory to provide your Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address when dropping off your laundry, along with a 30% deposit.

Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself to keep all washers, dryers and the premises clean.

Sensitive Garments: Ladies, please remove all sensitive garments, such as underwear, if you wish to drop off your laundry.

Payment Policy: No Cash, No Laundry, No Credit. Payment is due upon service.

Sitting Areas: Sofas are for sitting only. Please ensure your children do not eat, drink, play, sleep, or stand on the couch. Wooden chairs may be used when eating.

Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items or garments. Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving.

Use of Machines: Use Washers and Dryers at Your Own Risk. We are not liable for any damage or loss caused by the misuse of the machines.

Additional Fees: An additional fee may apply for pre-wash, pre-soak, extra rinse, or spin.

Please ask if needed.

Sorting: Please sort your laundry before you leave or before dropping your laundry off. Separate whites, colors, and darks.

Overloading: Do not overload machines with clothes or detergent. We reserve the right to check washers and dryers before each cycle.

Detergent: You are welcome to bring your detergent to save on costs, but detergent is available for purchase if needed. Do not leave behind detergent in the laundromat.

Charging Devices: To maintain a cost-effective facility, we do not permit charging phones or any other gadgets.

Safety Precaution: Please check the lint trap before using a dryer. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while in the laundry facility.

Storage and Disposal Policy: MCLS will store a customer's laundry for three (48) hours. After that, a fee of $150 per day will be assessed for the inconvenience to other customers. After 30 days, laundry will be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Receipt Policy: We no longer provide handwritten or printed receipts for our customer's safety. Please provide us with an Email Address to receive your receipts. Customers can also request a WhatsApp copy. Conditions Apply

Service Refusal: MCLS reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and commit to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting them on our website or our premises.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MCLS operates.
